Advanced Living Homes was established to offer highly energy efficient and healthy home options and take the risk out of constructing your new home, whether you manage it yourself or use our full construction service.
For example, we do not touch your construction funds. Each Stage payment is kept in a safe environment, administered by Safekiwi, and only released to our Suppliers when their work has been delivered defect free. Other building companies have been known to "borrow from Peter to pay Paul" using client funds, so our method of managing your funds completely removes the chance of that happening. Your new home will be professionally project managed throughout. You will receive detailed updates twice weekly by email or phone, with daily updates being provided to our Project Management Office team by contractors on site. This service does not add significant overhead to the project, as it is funded by the superior discount structure offered by suppliers who recognise the lack of risk in the way the client's funds are managed.
