Advanced Living Homes only use tradespeople with accreditation for their skills and qualifications.
This is across all trades, and for the carpentry components we have decided to only use members of the Certified Builders Association.
Our company has applied for membership in the Association.
The Certified Builders Association of New Zealand Inc was established in 1998 to recognise and promote qualified builders.
Unless the builder is trade qualified, they cannot become a member of the Certified Builders Association.
The principal objective of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand Inc is; "To provide New Zealand consumers with the assurance that our members are trade qualified builders who adhere to strict guidelines for standards of workmanship and business practice."
