Advanced Living Homes provides two ways to construct your new home.
We provide a full construction service nationwide. We only use qualified, reputable tradespeople with formal qualifications and excellent references. We provide specialty project management training to them to ensure that our company has up-to-the-minute information on progress on your new home, and we provide detailed reports twice-weekly on actual versus planned progress.
We also provide the building components for those who wish to construct their own new home using products from our suppliers. We ensure that every component necessary for the work is delivered to site ahead of the time required and provide an excellent Construction Manual to follow. As well, we provide a full support service and access to professionals in your area to check or take over some parts of the construction. Some of our innovative building components are licensed to experts to undertake that part of the work on your new home, thereby always enquiring a consistent and high quality job.
