Designing Your New Home
Advanced Living Homes provides a number of designs in several categories. The designs are available for sale as "Working Plans" and thus allow you to choose to build your new home yourself, have us provide a competitive quotation against other builders that you may wish to check pricing against.
We also provide themeans to adapt any of our designs, or start from scratch for a new design. Our key deliverables are a new home which meets your budget while achieving a desirable style and functional layout.
We put a lot of effort into our design process to ensure that you have no surprises when it comes time for pricing your new home. Too many times we have heard of designers not paying attention to the budget.
We also respect the wishes of our clients and do not push our own agenda on a design, rather offering suggestions where deemed suitable.
Finally, we offer a free service we call "Remote Design" which enables you to view our computer screen from your own home, and to see the design in progress, have 3D views and walk through the plan. Click on the link below for more information on that service.
