The Advanced Living Homes team has collectively over 50 years of experience in residential new home design and construction.
The diverse skills of each member combines to form a strong team, focused on customer service, quality and true value. As well, innovation is to the fore, with new ideas a common theme in the office and on the building site about how to make construction more efficient and cost less for our clients.
Roland Vater
Roland is originally from Germany. He brings to the company his vast experience in eco-building technology in Europe, as well as a keen eye for process development in the company.
Tony Wheal
Tony has been involved in design and construction of new housing and renovation work in New Zealand and overseas for 17 years, and in multi-million dollar project management for around 22 years. His innovative designs have drawn praise.
Martin Hooper
Martin is our Construction Manager. He ensures that everything runs smoothly on site, and that quality and site safety are maintained across a wide variety of other trades that contribute their skills in making your new home.
