If you have a broadband internet connection, we can develop a custom new home design together over the internet. While we talk things through on the phone, you will see the changes we're making to the design on a web page that is accessible only to you.
We will even be able to see where you are pointing your mouse on the page, so you can draw our attention to the feature you are talking about. When we change the design on our computer, or change the particular view of the design, it will update on the page on your computer screen within a few seconds.
