Our Warranty
Advanced Living Homes offers a full warranty on our materials and workmanship.
We provide a full 12 months cover on our new homes for items generally associated with "settling", where some items may move slightly or need re-adjusting.
We also are obligated by the Building Act to provide a building fit for purpose, quality workmanship, and built to the performance requirements of the Building Act and the Building Code. That obligation extends for 10 years.

In addition to that, you can purchase cover at competitive rates that extend this warranty as far out as 10 years covering labour defects. Material defects are normally covered by the manufacturer for a defined period, and we pass the documentation on those covers over to you when you take possession of your new home.
Don't be fooled into thinking that building companies provide a 5, 7 or 10 year guarantee for nothing - it is normally built into their price and hidden from you. However, we believe in transparency in the agreement to build for you and simply state up front what each type of warranty period costs.
